Functional layer includes Innovation, Public Services Grid, and Green Spaces (ecological heatsinks). Lived layer includes the Neon Core, Ground Level streets, Cultural Hub, and residential Longhouse clusters.

Elevated walkways, wide plazas, and glowing Bifrost bridges connect districts. An offshore Space Port handles Starfield-style ships. Edge Learning Nodes root intelligence in grounded landmarks.
