Overview
Core Tenders are the mobile immune system of Violet Echoes: they walk into Biosphere Vaults during Deep Sleep and help Sub-Cortex Pods re-weave. They do not drive robot armies. They wear the bond. Technology warms nothing on its own — the tender’s intent chooses what to warm, when, and how much.
Gauntlets (piece job): hardened bio-conductive gloves — piezo-protonic link (feels before it acts), graphene mesh (conducts and distributes protonic flow), runic feedback (live pod-state as tactile pulse on knuckles and palm), isolation cuff (bio-isolate + feedback seal; protects the tender, not the tool). Optional palm pad holds a pattern mid-warm.
How they feel the pod: clean = warm hum (stable, open, ready) · fouled = cold grit (resistance, drag, warning) · cascade = freeze-tremor (critical instability — back off). Trust the feel, not the flash.
Light exo (optional): forearm→shoulder load frame for heavy Deep Sleep / beam work — shoulder anchor, tendon rods (assist, don’t control), vault-loop port, beam stabilizer. Not autonomous. Power from the vault’s resonant loop, not a battery empire. No internal cells. No portable power hoarding. Gauntlets and exo act as conduits, not storage.
Hang them after the cycle — overwear = pulse-sick (numb echo, tremor lag, cold drift, feedback nausea, echo-burn). Let the piezo mesh discharge. Clean, reset, rest. Rest is part of the work.
