# Door A Bench — One Page

Lab sheet for a single **CsPbBr₃** plate. Not a city document. Not a claim that the house is built.

Yellow-green plate. Not violet.

## Samples (same growth lot)

- **A (control):** as-grown orthorhombic CsPbBr₃ single crystal on quartz. Planar Au or Ag. Two contacts only.
- **B (experimental):** same lot, Br-poor ITC (CsBr:PbBr₂ ≈ 0.8–0.9:1) **or** vacuum anneal 150–180 °C to raise surface bromide vacancies.
- **Coat:** none, or Na-free ALD Al₂O₃. No soda-lime glass. No 700 °C oxide.

## Scribe rules

1. Think baseline is Liu & Cheng, *ACS Appl. Mater. Interfaces* 2024 — planar CsPbBr₃, electroforming-free, Br-vacancy. Compare. Don’t photocopy their numbers onto A/B.
2. 640 fJ is de Boer & Ehrler, *ACS Energy Lett.* 2024 — microscale **biased MAPbI₃**. Flag it. It is not this millimeter plate.
3. Do not hang Wang 2022 **0.985 V at 1000 lux** on this boule. That Voc is indoor **film**.
4. Do not hang Kim 2020 **d₃₃ ≈ 40.3 pm/V** on this boule. That was poled **film**. Measure PFM here.
5. No “physically plausible nanowatts.” Unplug the box. Pass or fail.

## On the wall

Dual-function halide (harvest + switch) is a recognized class.

A three-function, event-driven node with the pack off, on one CsPbBr₃ plate, is still owed.
